The mission of this program is to provide educational institutions with teaching excellence in software industry benchmarks and evolve an aspirational representative for other educational institutions across the nation.

·   Universities and AICTE affiliated Institutions with innovative leaders of organisations and dedicated faculty from computer science and allied branches can create transformational changes as envisioned by NEP 2020.

·   The training goes on for Thirty hours, spread across 45 days, followed by successive education for 30 hours through the following semester. The learning format is self-paced education with personalised feedback from industry trainers.

·   Another exciting element is that the teachers shall witness diagnostic and constructive reviews occur to them in the exact way they would be evaluating the pupils in future.

·   Upon completing training, both institutions and faculty will acquire collaborative certification from AICTE and Industry.

·   Faculty shall obtain an end to end aid for incorporating the course, including running student awareness sessions, student selection process, student onboarding, course delivery, continuous assessments, final evaluation and graduation support for internships or entrepreneurship.

·   Elected institutions whose qualified faculty incorporate the minor programme for their students will be acknowledged by AICTE as Institutions with Leadership in Teaching Excellence.

·   AICTE approved student fees and full scholarships for faculties are available under this program.

Benefits:

·   Selected Institutions and faculty shall gain leadership in teaching excellence on four key NEP 2020 goals.

·   NEP 2020 GOALS such as: Enabling a learner-centred model of teaching-learning, Delivering competency-based curriculums for highly paid global tech skills,

·   Transformation of assessments from summative to formative and Identifying gifted school students to gain direct admission to Universities.

·   The AICTE specialist board has endorsed the curriculum created jointly by Pupilfirst and Freshworks, allowing organisations to deliver cutting-edge web development courses utilising typed practical programming.

·   Most contemporary programming languages widely used in the industry are uniting towards this paradigm by embracing features like types, discriminated unions, and unchangeable programming.

·   The training programme shall be conducted online on the Pupilfirst LMS and delivered by Hari Gopal and Prashant Reddy Kotera.

·   Students who have graduated from a minor degree path shall own skills at the canopy of the contemporary software industry.

·   As Covid 19 revs digital shift and re-imagines remote work, pupils shall now have skills and ways for global job prospects.

Parting Thoughts:

AICTE seeks to mount this learning to 24 Million children, beginning with schools over the next few years. This procedure shall interest the training of 100,000 teachers in modern web development and programming paradigms.

AICTE aims to equip the next generation of Indian students to bring state-of-the-art skills to the initiative and get our academic curriculum and teacher training to endeavour to be on the front lines of essential advancements in computing.

AICTE is looking to work with educational institutions that share the purpose of creating a paradigm transformation in classroom teaching-learning methods using educational technology, deploying cutting-edge curriculums, and delivering high-quality learning results.

The leaders of institutions who want to share this vision of AICTE are invited to apply for the leadership in teaching excellence (LITE) program, and shortlisted institutes shall be informed of faculty application and next steps by email.
